If you already have Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your app can often live inside it, with no new software to pay for. Otherwise, we build a dedicated web app. You don’t have to choose: we recommend the right route from our first conversation, and explain why.

Possible tools: Power Apps and Power Automate
Typical needs: Data entry, approval and tracking within the Microsoft tools your team already uses.

Built into Google Workspace

Possible tools: Google Apps Script, possibly AppSheet
Typical needs: Automations around Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Forms and your documents.

Do I need to know which technology to choose before contacting you?

No. Describe the task that’s giving you trouble: who does what, with which files or tools, and where you lose time. The technical choice comes afterwards, and we explain it to you.

Are Microsoft or Google licences included?

No, but if you already have Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace you often need nothing more. Otherwise, we check with you and put the cost in the quote.

Will my data stay accessible if we stop working together?

Yes. Your data belongs to you and can be exported. If any part depends on a subscription, we tell you before you sign.

Will the tool be able to grow?

Yes. We design it so it can grow. Changes after launch are priced from your real needs, once the tool is in use.
