Every order deducts from stock and every cancellation puts it back. Sold-out products are flagged or hidden, and each size, format or colour can have its own stock.

The project. Maison Braise, a coffee roaster based in Annecy, wanted to sell its coffee online without having yet another shop identical to all the others. It needed a place that shows off its coffees, tells the story of the house and makes people want to order.
The result. A shop like no other, on an established platform: payment, orders and stock all rest on solid foundations.

Can you connect the shop to my stock, my till or my management software?
Often, yes. Shopify and WooCommerce connect to most tills on the market. We check yours before promising anything.
How many products are included?
Up to 30 products, listed by us. You then add the rest yourself: we show you how.
Who handles orders once the shop is open?
You do. The training covers day-to-day management: adding a product, following an order, handling a refund.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments go through a specialist provider that handles your customers’ cards. Its commission, around 2% per sale, is stated in the quote.
