Information we collect

The “Tell us about your project” form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your company name, the type of need and a description of your project.

To understand how you found us, the request may also keep a small number of technical details: the page you sent it from, the site you came from (its domain name only) and, if the link you followed included them, campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign name, referral code). No other browsing data is kept.

What we do with it

This information is used only to answer your request, prepare a possible proposal and follow our correspondence. It is never sold, and never used to sign you up to a newsletter. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

How requests are received

Requests are stored in our database at Hostinger. A notification is sent to contact@ollive.ro so that Thierry and Laurent can reply to you.

Who can access it

Thierry and Laurent, and the technical providers that are strictly necessary (site hosting and, where applicable, sending notifications), who act on our behalf.

2 years after our last exchange

Analytics and cookies

No analytics tool is active on this site. No cookies are set and no information is stored in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your information, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing, object to its processing, and request its portability. To exercise these rights: contact@ollive.ro.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence or with the Romanian authority (ANSPDCP).

Security

Communication with the site is encrypted. Requests are checked by the server, limited in size and protected against abuse.
